It's normal to lose about 30% in speed with a track system. Some vehicles can lose up to 50%. In exchange, you gain more torque and power at lower gears, which is useful while using your vehicle for work.

Track systems are designed for long-lasting, reliable performance. Just like with tires, track system life depends on several factors, including your vehicle's weight, average speed, and the terrain you ride on. Regular maintenance will also significantly extend their lifespan.

The odometer overstates your actual mileage and fuel consumption will increase. That said, track systems improve vehicle torque and power, which for many riders is a great tradeoff. When you go out on the trail, be sure to bring a can of gasoline to avoid any unexpected surprises.

Camso track systems are made to support the weight of the vehicle on which they are installed, plus its load capacity as recommended by the manufacturer. Please refer to your vehicle's owner manual for more details.

Camso tracks can be ridden on all types of terrain. It's a good idea to check local regulations and bylaws to see if there are any restrictions.

Camso tracks are designed to be ridden in high gear year-round. That said, when the going gets tough, you’ll want to kick it in low gear for better performance.
