Returns and warranty policies
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our dealer support team by email at dealer.atv@michelin.com and include the following information:
- Part number
- Quantity to be returned
- Invoice number
Returns policy details for dealers:
- A 20% restocking fee applies
- Return freight is the dealer’s responsibility
- Returns are accepted within 90 days of the invoice date only
- Items invoiced more than 90 days ago are not eligible for return
