Terms and conditions
1. General
These Terms of Sale are intended only for consumers wishing to order Camso products online for delivery to addresses in Canada. Camso Inc. (“Camso”) does not accept orders for delivery outside of Canada and does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
The following terms and conditions will apply.
By ticking the “I have read and agree” box on the order form and by submitting the order, you acknowledge having read and understood the below terms and hereby accept and agree to be bound by these.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Sale at any moment without prior notice.
2. Placing your order
To place an order, you must be 18 years of age or over and have a valid e-mail address. You must fill and submit the order form available on this website. Once received by Camso, an order number will be provided to you by email. Purchase of Camso products depends on their availability. Should a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and cancel the order, as necessary.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices displayed on this website are exclusive of taxes, any applicable fees, shipping and handling costs and duties, which are for your account. These costs will be calculated separately as applicable and specified on the order form then added to the total price of the order. You agree to pay the “total” price of the order which appears on the order form.
You may purchase Products on this site for personal use only, and you may not resell, remarket or distribute the Products to third parties. Title to and risk of loss of your Products will pass to you on delivery of the Products.
The Camso Original Parts store accepts payment by Interac, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Your billing information must exactly match what appears on your credit card billing statement. Otherwise, we cannot process the order.
Camso offers secured payment via an SSL-encrypted form.
By placing your order, you authorize Camso to charge the applicable card for the total price and you represent and warrant that you are the cardholder or account holder for the applicable card. If your card is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be accepted or shipped and we will have no obligation to complete and ship your order.
Camso reserves the right to verify the identity of the card or account holder by requesting appropriate documentation.
4. Shipping information
4.1 Shipping methods
We ship Camso original parts to all Canadian provinces and territories. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure your order arrives in a timely and convenient manner. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, and the destination. You can view the estimated shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your order.
Camso will ship the purchase products to the delivery address you specified in the order form. The shipping date shown on the powersports.camso.co website is the estimated standard shipping time of 3-9 business days, available for domestic orders only.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier used, as well as other factors beyond our control.
4.2 Order processing
We strive to process and ship all Camso original parts as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days will usually be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so that you can track your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.

6. Warranty
Camso warrants the products as set forth on order form or as may be stated on this website. Specific warranties may apply to certain parts. See our Warranty policy available here.
Should the product supplied by us not comply with the applicable warranty we may decide to, at our option and expense, repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price upon return of the product.
If you are a consumer residing in Quebec, the following paragraph does not apply to you. Unless expressly stated otherwise herein and where permitted by law, Camso excludes any liability and will not be responsible for all warranties and conditions, statutory, express or implied, arising from the applicable law, established course of dealing, usage of trade or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement of third party rights.
7. Camso’s liability
CAMSO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, TREBLE, MULTIPLE, ENHANCED, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST INCOME, LOST REVENUES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, WHETHER CONSIDERED IN CONTRACT, IN TORT OF OTHERWISE.
8. Data protection
Confidentiality is important for us. By placing your order, you hereby agree and understand that, Camso may store, process and use the data collected from your order for the purpose of this transaction. Data will be treated in compliance with our Privacy Notice, available here.
If you wish to:
- have access to your data, or
- make any changes to your data; or
- no longer receive information from us.
Please follow the update procedure set forth in our Privacy Notice.
9. Force majeure
Camso shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may be suffered by as a direct or indirect result of the supply of products being prevented, hindered, delayed or rendered uneconomic by reason of circumstances or events beyond the Camso's reasonable control including but not limited to an Act of God, war, pandemic, epidemic, government restrictions, riot, strike, lockout, trade dispute or labour disturbance, accident, breakdown of plant machinery, fire, flood, storm, difficulty or transport or other circumstances affecting Camso's normal supply of goods and services, manufacture or delivery of products.
10. Governing law
Any legal proceedings shall be made pursuant to the applicable laws in Canada and shall be submitted to a competent Canadian court.
11. Language
It is the express wish of the parties that this Agreement and all related documents, including notices and other communications, be drawn up in the English language only.
